1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, signing up for, or using Linkks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application or our services.

2. Description of Service

Linkks (also known as RankPeak) provides a link-in-bio and AI-powered blog publishing platform that allows users to:

  • Create customizable link-in-bio landing pages with multiple links, social connections, and media content
  • Generate AI-powered blog articles with SEO optimization
  • Publish content directly to third-party platforms (Notion, Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, Vercel)
  • Track analytics including page views, clicks, and visitor data
  • Schedule and automate content publishing

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to create an account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Post or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Linkks LLC FZ and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service, including AI-generated articles. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use all content
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms
  • AI-generated content is reviewed by you before publication and you accept responsibility for its accuracy

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with various third-party platforms to enhance functionality. When you connect these services, you are also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7.1 Webflow Integration

When you connect your Webflow account to RankPeak:

  • You authorize RankPeak to publish content to your Webflow CMS on your behalf
  • You remain solely responsible for all content published to your Webflow site
  • RankPeak will only create new CMS items; we will not modify or delete existing items without your explicit action
  • Publishing actions are initiated only when you click "Publish" or enable auto-publish
  • You can disconnect Webflow at any time, which will stop all future publishing operations

7.2 Other Integrations

Similar terms apply to other integrations including:

  • Notion: Importing and syncing content from Notion workspaces
  • WordPress: Publishing articles to WordPress sites via REST API
  • Shopify: Publishing articles to Shopify blogs
  • Vercel: Custom domain hosting and deployment
  • Google Search Console: Submitting URLs for indexing

7.3 API Usage Limits

Your use of third-party integrations is subject to each platform's terms of service and API rate limits. RankPeak is not responsible for any limitations, restrictions, or service interruptions imposed by third-party platforms.

7.4 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content published through RankPeak:

  • Complies with the destination platform's terms of service
  • Does not infringe on any intellectual property rights
  • Is accurate and appropriate for your audience

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You are responsible for cancelling if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKKS LLC FZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
  • Content published through third-party integrations
  • Errors in AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publication.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Linkks LLC FZ, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you create, publish, or distribute through the Service

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and all associated data
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in settings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@rankpeak.co to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal legal action as outlined in Section 14.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Linkks LLC FZ regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
